  • Leah started her career in Hospitality during High School at a small hotel in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and has been in hospitality ever since! Leah has worked in every department before landing in her current role as Director of Rooms. Before coming to Maine, Leah spent time on Task Force; absorbing all the different reservation systems, hotel brands, and standards. Leah was born and raised in Massachusetts and still lives there today - yes, she commutes from Massachusetts daily!

When Leah is not at work you can find her reading a thriller or mystery book. Her favorite place to read is at the beach, regardless of the season! When she’s not relaxing at the beach, she seeks adventure! Leah takes a trip every year to a new place; exploring all it has to offer. Leah has been skydiving, paragliding, parasailing, and she absolutely loves roller coasters! Her favorite roller coaster was on the side of a mountain! Leah says, “the more daring the more exciting!”

  • Michelle is originally from Michigan and made the permanent move to Maine after a summer internship in college. She has worked in the service industry for over 20 years - starting in restaurants and moving to hotels where she eventually worked up to Hotel Manager. Michelle knew her calling was to support the associates who work in hotels, and made her transition into HR, here, at The Westin Portland Harborview.

In her free time, Michelle loves to be with her family and spending time outside, especially in the garden. She and her husband, Alex, enjoy beach days with their kiddos, Charlie and Lucy, and exploring Maine when they can with their Aussie Shepard, Raphael.
